Pre-Sleep Apnea?

... the autoimmune disorders, no hormone disorders, etc. Doc thinks maybe the low ferritin is causing RLS or periodic limb movement which might be causing sleep deprivation. I definitely dont feel rested when I wake up...doesnt help that I have a new baby... ... (7 replies)
... Hi, thanks for the response, I'll be sure to get it checked out. My body doesn't actually jolt, but I don't think it's paralysed temporarily either. However, last night I noticed that when I woke up my jaw was clenched shut and it seemed to take a few seconds for me to actually unclench and open my mouth. Could sleep paralysis only occur in one area, like the jaw/mouth? (3 replies)
