... I've noticed often that I have a hard time trying to get to sleep (can't stop thinking, tiny noises bothering me etc), and staying asleep (tiny things wake me up and keep me up). ... I too suffer from this on occasions. I am just about to fall asleep and jerk awake, my heart pounding and I think I am about to die. Its so frightening.
