... I don't know about the hypothyroidism, but I can assure you, waking up with your heart racing is a classic symptom of sleep apnea. Like Bethsheba says, you don't have to be overweight, or even a snorer to have sleep apnea. I did not know I had it, but was tired during the day. ... (47 replies)
