I have been off Ambein since late December waiting on Lunesta because of it's ability to be taken long term with no tolerance. ... At some point, the body builds up a tolerance to the med just as one does with pain meds. So the need to increase the dosage. If one takes a maximum dose, and then develops a tolerance, then the med must be changed. ... (4 replies)
