... I know what you mean about opening your mouth while using the cpap. When i was fitted with my cpap in 2000 the tech didn't tell me to keep my mouth shut so when he turn on the machine i thought i was going to die. ... It sounds like you have done a lot of good things. I would turn the humidity up to the 80% level. Also, there about 4 good nasal pillows on the market so trying another may help. I have some issues like that and do find using a nasal spray in the evening and doing one of those nasal washes does help clear things up. I also take mucinex in the evening. It liquifies the...
