... You need to figure out why you can't sleep. I do not know if it's related to your new job or perhaps there's something else, but spend some time figuring out what's really bothering you and interfering with your sleep. Sleep environment is obviously important too (ie TV watching, alcohol, etc are all bad). Research CBT for Insomnia - there are plenty of good self help books... (6 replies)
