... Hiya Everyone Little bit about myself. This is approx 4th time of trying to quit smoking, hopefully this time is the one :-) . I have been smoke free for 1 week exactly today (giving myself a pat on the back..lol). I am using 24hr 21mg patch + 2mg Nicotine Gum (6 a day).
