That's the "habit" you are talking about. Instead of lighting up a cigarette, grab a piece of gum or a piece of pepperment or some other hard candy. Some people carry fruit with them to eat at their usual "light up" places. You might keep some cinnamon sticks in the car to suck on.

19 days smoke free is WONDERFUL!! Keep it up. You are doing so good. Aren't you proud of yourself? You should be!!

You're right behind dobie!! 15 days down, a life time to go. You are on your way to a much brighter future. Keep on telling everyone who will listen to about how easy it was for you to quit. I do. Just think if you can get one person to quit....wouldn't that be awesome! You just might save a life. Cool, huh?

If you want to wait until Monday, that's fine!! Do it when you feel you are ready. I was so scared to quit. That first day was terrifing for me. I was so afraid I was going to fail again. But I made it. Then I made it the second day. Then by the third day, I began to think...I can do this!!! WOW! I never knew I could. Not until the Chantix, though, could I have done it. Just believe you can do....It will happen!
