... You have it all right....Smoking sucks and it sucks to quit! You might want to ask your doctor about Zyban..its a wonder drug..its an anti depressant which actually makes you NOT want a cigarette, I did this: I picked a day I wanted to quit, I started taking zyban and on the 8th day I quit, and never went back to smoking, the withdrawls were easier and I had alot of family... ... ut...The patch works if you can stand it on your skin, I couldn't...Commit works, Zyban works. and I have heard that the gum works...All the above mentioned have nicotine in them except they DOESN'T contain nicotine or tar, its just a little push in the right direction...Good Luck to you... ... ... the lozenges can't be nearly as bad for you as smoking is. Yes, you probably can become addicted to them because they contain nicotine but I wouldn't worry about that right now.
