... d speak to my Doctor of the edema which is listed as one of the many side effects and He suggested I give it a chance and go back to taking the full dose because common sense says if I didnt have the problem before taking Chantix it is more than likely just a temporary reaction from the pill. ... ... The withdrawals I experienced from nicotine weren't that bad in my opinion, but I think the few weeks I took Chantix had a lot to do with that. Once I stopped taking Chantix, it became more about breaking the habit, the dependance, etc. Which I am still struggling with. ... (12 replies)
