... amen sista! hehe some people might not even gain too much weight. just try not to substitute smoking with food. And if you must, just have a peice of dark chocolate every now and then. I love my Hershey's. :) I only gained 3 pounds when i was on the full dose. I haven't gained anything in a month. (9 replies)

... the morning and in the evening. I'll be glad when it warms up some so I can walk outside. I only weigh once a week. That way I won't be disappointed if I didn't lose any weight the day before. Or I won't be tempted to eat a little more because I lost over 1 pound the day before. ... (6 replies)

... r the info. I have blood work scheduled this Saturday. It has been 35 hrs since I have had a cigarette. I make myself eat 3 meals a day. Just cant afford to lose anymore weight. I do hope I can get off these pills soon. I just want to quit smoking so badly. I just dont get why everyone else is tired and I am not. ... (28 replies)
