... I've seen a couple of posts that people are leery of taking anything to help move the bowels. Have you tried any stool softeners? How is it that you don't feel well? Just a general malaise or something more specific? My nose has improved so much, whether its due to quitting or the Flonase/Singulair or a combo of both, I'm so happy.
