i need translation: what does bony foraminal narrowing is marked on both sides due to uncinate hypertrophy. i have a large disc herniation at c5-6 in the lower cervical spine compressing the cord on the right side and causing edema on the right side of the cord. a smaller central disc protrusion is seen at C6-7. slight disc bulging is present at T8-9 compressing the thecal sac to a mild degree. i have slight ventral bony ridging at T11-12 causing minimal fecal sac impingement. What does this mean in regards to my thoracic region? what is uncinate hypertrophy??
