Like Jeff I had no pain whatsoever, but I did have numbness and partial weakness.
My Neuro asked me If I had been in a crash or did I play Rugby!!! So it was Surgery for me. I was not frightened of the surgery, mainly due to the fact that at the time of my surgery quite a lot of folks on here had just had surgery and ALL were doing well, plus they all supported me, for which I was/am very grateful
If I had the desicion to make again it would be surgery, I have not looked back
