How old is that MRI?

Things you might talk to the surgeon about:

1. What is causing the foraminal stenosis at C5-6? Is it the bulging disk, the endplate, or the uncinate hypertrophy?

2. What can be done about whatever is causing the stenosis? Would a relatively less invasive procedure like a foraminotomy free up the foramina?

3. You say you have tingling in both hands AND FEET? If that's the case, then the "flattened cord" you have at two levels might be implicated. However, there certainly are other things - apart from the cervical spine - that might be causing abnormal sensations in extemities.
