I have to agree with Web Dozer there... I have what they call a "congenitally narrow spinal canal".

That means that you do not have as much space between the spinal canal & the spinal cord itself. Any impingement can multiply/magnify your symptoms.
A lot of Neurological Doctors have a tendency to just over look these things & say you're just fine. When actually you are having the same symptoms as another person with moderate to severe cord compression.
If you get a chance & can afford it have another neuro, ortho or radiologist look at the MRI itself & write a report. Better yet explain it to you in layman's terms. Yake notes at the appointment & have a list of questions you might have for him or her.
