I agree with Jdog...the lumpiness is most likely the internal stitches and will even out as they dissolve.

The numbness at the incision site is normal. Sometimes it can take up to a full year for the nerves to recover. Sometimes they won't recover completely, but more often than not they do. Just give that more time...

I'm glad the incision itself looks good. That's always an added bonus.
