... Sorry I couldnt be of more help. I Know what pinched nerves feels like. One of the symptoms I have is numb hands when sleeping. I have to wear wrist braces. I have Carpal Tunnel also, so that one is also hard to pin down, how much is from nerve damage from C6-C7 pinching for 5 years, and how much from the Carpal Tunnel. ... Thanks sammy. I may be wrong about herniation, it may have just been a 'bulging' disc. I also suffer from absent minded professor syndrome.
