Now it goes from the base of my skull down the sides and back of my neck, over both shoulders and down the base of shoulder blades. Also, for about the last 2 n bit years, I wake... (11 replies)

... Hello all, Thank you for the encouragement and insight regarding my health status. I met with my Dr. last night and he went over the MRI results with me. I took the strength that was the 500 and not the 750. It didnt make me loopy and it did help the pain. I... (1 replies)

Feel free to fill in info such as: surgery type / levels date how long symptoms persisted prior to surgery reason for surgery :... (7 replies)
... Just curious. Is there a difference between the recovery and future problems based on the reason for the ACDF surgery? Many people are having this surgery due to accidents of one type or another. I had this surgery due to DDD, severe arthritis, herniated disk and pinched nerves. I know that the amount of levels makes the recovery more difficult. Any thought? ... (7 replies)
