Hi, What they are telling me is that a Facet Block or Median Branch Block is where they inject steriod into the disk space to relieve pain and this works for about 3-5 days for me (ive had about 5 of them) when they figure out where the pain is coming from they can burn that particular nerve and you can get up to a year of pain relief from that area (mine is right side 5-6)...
