... Martina About your incision, I guess everyone is different. I am 14 months post op for 2 level cervical fusion and at the end of my scar it is still very sore. I have told the doctor about it a few times and he doesn't even comment so I guess that is normal. A few weeks after surgery when I told him how sore my scar was at the end of it he said it could be just a stitch... (10 replies)

... Often after any surgery nerves surrounding the incision are disrupted. Nerves take a long time to heal so be patient. ... Hi Bunz, Followup to tightness in throat. Went back to Neuro and he thought it was spasms. Had a swallow xray which shows airway clear but test cracker got stuck in the bottom of throat, no where near the airway so they not concerned. I told the E N T no problems after the surgery at all, could swallow never choked, nothing. She then asked me, what has changed since the... (5 replies)
