... Hi Tara If you haven't already done so, speak to your Dr. ASAP. I did not experience what you are describing post surgery, and it certainly sounds like you should address your concern. Sit with Pillows under your elbows on yopur sides, it may help support your arms and relieve pain. My P/T aide would never let me sit without the pillows. I used multiple phone book... (2 replies)
