There is no easy way, but the best thing to do is to keep yourself busy! Spend time with your family and friends and just try to have fun. Go ahead and let yourself have a little time to be sad but don't keep doing that over and over... let yourself cry if you need to, and then go keep yourself busy! Find different activities to take up your time and give yourself plenty of "me time" to do things you may not have had time for during the relationship. Good luck!! You will get through it!
