... There is a book called 'Taking Control of TMJ' by Uppgaard, and a book by Cynthia Peterson. They helped me so much. The first book has exercises you can do as well. I did not go to PT, I just do exercises at home to stretch my jaw, neck and shoulder muscles. I also slouch when I watch tv or read, and that is having an affect on TMJ. My symptoms were vertigo,...
