... Mine is a ringing noise, My TMJ is onthe right side and affects the left side, shoulder pain in the left. Sometimes the ringing I have a sharp pain like someone is stabbing my ear with a knife. ... its hard to describe..its not the jaw muscle, but it seems to be a musle in the roof of my mouth that makes my jaw move a little..when I flex it the tinnitus in my left ear gets worse and I hear a very small click occasionally. ... e i was there i asked him about TMJ and whether it could be the reason for my issues... he had a look at my bite and said that it slides to the left a bit as the teeth contact... next thing i new he was telling me to sit back and that he would make a small change and that it wouldnt make anything worse...
