That kind of make sense - I did used to yawn a lot before the tmj started but thought it was due to stress and just being tired as I was having trouble sleeping quite often - and I was clenching and having bouts of sleep apnea back then too. Sadly my first spasm started as what appeared to be a yawn gone awry - it pulled sharply to the left side and I was like "What was that?"... (10 replies)
