... fitted mouth guard. If you are grinding your teeth also, that may really help. However, your eustachian tube problems may be causing your TMJ in the first place. I honestly do not know what the term "Adenoid" means, so I can't really offer advice on that. One thing I know for sure....... ... (4 replies)
