... Thanks, J. I did in fact have a rear molar removed two years ago. I don't know for sure if this is what caused the trouble, though. However, I should mention that the dentist performing the extraction had commented that my teeth were showing slight wear, so this may have been a sign that I have been grinding for a while, along with clenching my teeth excessively while awake...
