... With respect to your night gaurd, go back to your dentist and make sure its fitting correctly. I found I had to wear it while and it took about 3 adjustments before it really fit comfortably. Talk to your dentist about whether you should be put on (1) anti-inflammatories like celebrex or arthotek temporarily as inflamation is also a source of pain and often with TMJ... (4 replies)
