Hey folks. I'm just posting around in different forums that concern my different symptoms to see if anyone has any idea what is going on with me. I'll try to include everything.

Im 28, female. Other than mild asthma (usually never need a puffer) a history of depression (ive been doing well for two almost three years) and genital herpes (diagnosed 2011 and only ever had one outbreak) i am otherwise healthy. I did have a bad migraine that lasted about a month in 2012 (had an mri but everything was fine) and last year was battling urgency/fequency/incontinence issues which have since cleared up. My father has an enlarged bladder that does not work. He has no sensation and must cathidarize every couple of hours. My grandmother (moms side) has one kidney and my uncle (father's side) is on dialysis.

At the end of may I had sex with a new partner. He was a virgin. We used a condom. I came down with the flu. Thought nothing of it. About a week into the flu while getting better we had sex without a condom a few times.

This whole week I was constipated and didn't have a bm once.

A couple days later I lost the hearing in my right ear. This is probably unrelated. It was diagnosed as sudden sensorineural hearing loss and some fluid was drained. I was put on prednisone 50mg which I stopped after 3 days due to insomnia. With drs permission. The hearing then came back.

Around this time I thought I was pregnant because I had a frequent urge to urinate as well as abdominal cramps (just before my period was due) and I've never had cramps before except the period right after my miscarriage in 2012. They tested me when my period was a few days late and it was negative. It eventually started but it was awful. Heavier than normal and very painful. Something I've never experienced.

3 weeks ago I woke up with numbness and tingling in my lower legs. Which progressively got worse. I started experiencing difficulty urinating and sexual dysfunction. Exactly a week later (the 26th of June) I lost the ability to walk and was admitted to hospital. By this time I had gone 3 weeks without a bm.

When I was admitted I lost the ability to sense when I needed to urinate as well as the ability to urinate on my own. They had to cathidarize me regularly, scanning my bladder every couple of hours. A few days later I told them my urine had a strange smell to it. They tested for a uti and started me on antibiotics.

I then started to get a foul smelling discharge and mild itching. My vagina looked inflammed. The assumed it was a yeast infection from the antibiotics and started me on canesten. That ended about 5 days ago and I still have a discharge and odor as well as foul smelling pee.

I can now pee but with severe difficulty and only a very little. I am no longer being cathed regularly but still have no sensation. I try to pee regularly but have very little luck. They do have to cath on occasion.

I still have not had a bowel movement on my own. I have had three with suppositories. It has been 6 weeks since my last normal one.

I took my last birth control pill last night. I usually have about three days before my period starts. I am currently experiencing intense pain in my uterus, back and head as wells as a nauseated, ill, dizzy feeling.

I have barely been able to eat in the last week aside from a bite here or there. It causes pain, dizziness, nausea, and difficulty breathing. Same goes with water.

Now, I know this is a lot of symptoms and I'm not sure if they're all related. But I thought I'd mention them all.

I've had neurologic testing (mri of spine, emg, and lumbar puncture) and the neurologists have signed off on me saying this is "not a neurological issues" and that it is "all in my head".

The weakness in my legs is improving, but the numbness, tingling, burning and " wet feet" feeling is getting worse along with the other symptoms I have mentioned.

Does anyone know what this could be? I'm trying to gather as much info as possible before approaching my drs yet again. And since I'm on the neurology floor they're not helpful for any other part of the body. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
