I had a follow up with my family doctor and he gave me copies of the radiology report and the operation report. After the cystoscopy the urologist told my husband that everything was ok and that everything came back normal. The operation report revealed that I have a moderate to severely stenotic urethra and there was a grade 1-2 cystocele (prolapsed bladder). The radiology report indicates hydronephrosis, one image demonstrates fullness of the right renal pelvis with relatively diminutive appearance of the right renal pelvis with diminutive appearance of the right proximal ureter. Other two images were of the left side and demonstrated a normal appearance. The impression: Asymmetric prominence of the presumed right renal pelvis.

I have a followup with my urologist next week, does anyone know what Asymmetric prominence means?
