I saw the urologist this last Tuesday and while in the office he did a urine test and found white blood cells in it. He is sending it out for a culture.
I think it is a sign of an infection.? They said the culture takes 3 days and today is the 3rd day. They said if I don't hear from them then they found no infection. So if there is no infection found, why would there be white blood cells in my urine? What else might that mean?

The Dr. is also ordering these tests: Ultrasound Renal, Urodynamic and a Cystoscopy. The only one of these tests I'm familiar with is the urodynamic. Does anyone have any info on the others and what they mean?

Thanks for any info you can tell me about
