Hi, I am 26 and have a question regarding my last biopsy report. I have been having abnormal bleeding for approximately the last couple of months.. I have PCOS and never have had children..

So here it is:

Final Diagnosis:

Focal ciliary metaplasia
Focal histopathologic evidence of early breakdown (rare intraepitelial polydust).
Minute fragments of endocervical tissue and freelying endocervical epithelium.

What does this mean............Is this good or bad......................Hope someone out there understands this and can explain in english..lol;):):D:wave:
It also said Proliferative endometrium

I would call your doctor and ask him for an explanation in plain English. I would also do an internet search, because there is a wealth of information out there easily accessed.

Also, what did the doctor suggest as next steps, if any?
