I am a certified personal trainer. Some of my clients are currently following a diet and exercise plan in addition to taking Xenedrine under my supervision. I have used Xenedrine myself and reccommend it because it works! You will get results if you don't abuse the supplement's benefits. Here is some professional advice that I hope helps anyone who is taking or considering taking Xenedrine. First, it is not a miracle pill. You will not get optimal results unless you make some changes in your diet and you must also exercise for at least 30 minutes 3 times per week. Xenedrine works because it raises your heart rate and metabolism, therefore allowing you to burn fat and calories while at rest, but most importantly increasing the rate you burn fat and calories during
cardiovascular exercise. The overall result of this is increasing your lean muscle mass. People who lose 20 pounds in 1 month while taking Xenedrine have lost mostly water weight and not fat. Fat is what you want to lose! The numbers may not be plummeting on the scale, but if you look in the mirror you will notice a difference within the first week of taking Xenedrine correctly. Also remember that MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT! I am 5'7" and I weigh 145 lbs. It may seem like a lot in numbers but I am a size 6. People look at me and guess that I weigh between 125 and 130 lbs. See what I mean?

Xenedrine is an energy booster. It makes you reach your taget heart rate faster and have more energy to exercise longer than you normally would. The shakes you get are also because you need to use all of that extra energy. So go work out! If you don't belong to a gym, go for a long brisk walk, just be active for a while. Xenedrine also dehydrates you, which is why some people get the shakes. In order to avoid that cut your dosage to one pill twice a day just like it says to do on the label. After a week or two you can up your dosage if you can handle it. It's different for everyone. Make sure that you drink at least 3 liters of water per day. Bcause you are literally on "herbal speed" you must NOT consume any caffeine at all, don't take regular asprin (it also raises your heart rate) and also avoid smoking while on the supplement. Any extra stimulants in your system will just make you more jittery. You also run the risk of elevating your heart rate way too much. Unfortunately, the supplement is getting a bad reputation for being dangerous. It is perfectly safe and effective as long as you don't abuse it. Don't take Xenedrine for longer than recommended. As a trainer I would recommend 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. This way you don't build up a tolerance and you also have to take responsibilty for your diet and exercise habits even while not on the supplement. The reason that people gain all of the weight back once they stop taking Xenedrine is because they haven't changed their lifestyle. Remember that a healthy diet, exercise, and proper supplementation can give you dramatic results. But don't rely on the supplement forever. Though all natural, Xenedrine works like a drug. If you abuse
it, you will build up a tolerance and need more to produce the same results. Be smart and be informed about what you are putting into your body. I hope this helps. If I can help anyone else out there email me any time! Good luck in reaching your goal!
