... I agree that it's definitely not a DIET... more of a lifestyle and just a way to be. Not something you just do for two weeks and stop. The trickiest part for me has been being around my friends. So far it sounds like it's not difficult to follow and the food sounds good to me. The exercises don't seem too challenging since I already work out. ... t I don't cook much so it was nearly impossible for me to do so I went off of it. I think once you get to the 2nd phase it will be much easier.
