... e recently started taking one LEVEL teaspoon of Xanthan Gum, bought in an 8oz package from the health section of my grocery store, mixed in with 24 oz. of water, to help me feel full 30 min before each meal. It is really working! Is anyone else trying this with good results? ... (10 replies)
... Usually oatmeal doesn't make me feel because I don't care for it with a lot of water in it! Too bad for me! Try drinking a FULL glass of water with your meals. It really does seem to fill me up quicker. If I don't have anything to drink at all until later, I keep eating more. ... (6 replies)
