... When losing weight it comes off all over not just in problem areas. I can't run or go for to brisk a walk and I'm losing weight and keeping it off. I can only go for a short walk after dinner and have to be with someone or I can't go. I'm eating healthy (still eat white bread, white rice and potatoes) and just going for slow passed walks every night and I'm still losing... (14 replies)
