... Does s/he have any residual symptoms? If the child hasnt completely recovered, then I would say definatly yes. If the child is well and seems normal, I would say probably not. However, a review by a doctor may help set your mind at rest, and wether its realy needed or not, peace of mind is a worth somthing. (2 replies)

... Ryan, There is a group of MD's tracking a large population of WNV patients in Houston to determine how long the antibodies are retained. I believe they have some that were infected two and three years ago. ( removed ) (3 replies)
